Reservation for Gp A post in UPSC is not applicable as of now. But some states have provided reservation for state Civil Services Exe posts which is Gp A/B Gazetteed officer Cadre. Govt of Punjab has issued notification where 21 Posts are reserved out of 75 total posts for Esm and dependents. Press on link below to know more :
