    I am an ex-serviceman aged 77 yrs. My finger print does not get impressed. Hence my bio-matric test is my eyes. I got to travel to Chennai and go personally to EPF Office for my PF Pension life certificate. Also My Defense Service pension is drawn through Canara Bank, Chennai. I go to my Canara bank branch Chennai and give my life certificate directly and the bank officer after accepting gives me an acknowledgement. Similatly The EPF Office also sends me a message in my mobile phone as jeevan praman is accepted for the year.
    In this case how can I give my Jeevan Praman certificate on line. Pl Explain.
