DA(P) Hyderabad granted pay fixation to exservicemen

Director of Accounts (Postal), AP Postal Circle approved the pay fixation of reemployed Exsm as same stage as last pay drawn before retirement earlier but recently on receipt of clarification from DOPT they ordered for recovery of pay and allowances from the persons. The effected employees moved to the CAT and got stay order from them. Now the case is at CPMG Andhra Pradesh circle for removal of stay order. We are confident that as the clarification issued by DOPT is not difining our claim, the recovery order will be withdrawn.
